To know the true condition of the assets of this country will require good communication media, so the state can help with exactly what is required by its inhabitants.

Provide welfare for all people is the goal of all countries, but unfortunately for the country to achieve this state simply duplicate the existing methods, so that diversity in the success of the less developed.

Existing education system is also just a duplicate of an existing one, so instead of making people become more resourceful in creating their own income but only creates a very high competition.

Qualified human resources to be very biased defined, because it only assessed from public spectacles, not judged by the degree of success of own source of income that not depend to others but can create new income source for others.

This because of economic gap that create monotone education system and created high competition among them. If their education created more variety, competition among them will reduce, even created dependence among them and build symbiotic mutualism.
