Regulate HIV Disease People The Ohio Supreme Court unanimously ruled Thursday to uphold a state law requiring people who know they have HIV to tell their partners before having sex. The law was challenged under the First Amendment by Orlando Batista, an Ohio man convicted of felonious assault and sentenced to eight years in prison for failing to disclose his HIV status to his girlfriend during their five-year relationship, who he infected with the virus.

The Freedom already limited for people who have HIV disease because this can be dangerous for their partner. People who have HIV disease must concentrate to their disease not make other people become expose to this disease.This regulation is made after the cases of woman that become exposed to HIV disease because she don't know that her partner getting this disease and make she contracting to this disease.
